 5 mins then swap  20 Hooks
 Partner lunges during run  20 Uppercuts
   2 Hills
     
 Power Circuit x2:   Squats / split squats
  30 secs per exercise   Mountain climb
    Push-ups
    Dips
    “Sprints”
     
Abs Circuit x2:   Crunches
  30 secs per exercise   Bum hops
    Up + down hold
    Hold
     
Cool down
