Circuit:  
Hill sprint btn each Split squat or squats
Rd 1 = 1min each Step ups or toe taps
Rd 2 = 30secs each Lunge jumps or lunges
    Push-ups
    Dips
    MB squat or throw
    Up & down hold
    Band supine row
Ab circuit x2:
  20 Crunches
  20 Bum hop
  1 min Plank
 
Cool down
