This program is suitable for someone who just needs their calories and/or macros calculated for them and would like their food diary assessed with some recommendations.
This program does not provide a personalised meal plan but there are some sample meal plans included in the members area that can be used as a guide.
If you require a personalised meal plan to help you, then you will need either the intermediate or premium program.

Please note, each week you receive ONE single day meal plan NOT an entire week. You are not expected to eat the same food each day, rather we encourage you to use the single day meal plan to guide you on food choices for the rest of the week.
This program also includes a weekly assessment of your food diary and recommendations for the following week.
