It’s super simple today – no equipment necessary! You can skip without a rope and you don’t need a box for the box jumps, just a step or deck.
1. Warm up
Gradually increase your heart rate until you’re puffing and sweaty
2. Circuit – 3 rounds, 1 minute per exercise
- skipping
- box jumps
- sprinting on the spot
- burpees
- toe taps
3. Abs – 1 minute each
- V crunch hold
- Crunch pulse
- Bum hops
- Heel taps
- Side plank
- Front plank
4. Stretch
