Day 2

Today’s workout is from personal trainer, Bianca Beutel, who owns and runs Beut Bodies in sunny QLD. She has given us one of her favourite, full-body workouts that can be done anywhere at any time. Once again, don’t be fooled by this workout as it will give you a fab workout whilst helping you discover muscles you never knew you had!

Day 2 - Biance from Beut Bodies

1. Warm up
Gradually increase your heart rate until you’re puffing and sweaty

2. Circuit – 4 rounds, 250m run after each round

1st round – 20 reps | 2nd round – 15 reps | 3rd round – 10 reps | 4th round – 5 reps

  • Burpees
  • Toe touches
  • Double unders (or standard skipping for double the rep count)
  • Hand release pushups
  • Jump lunges (each leg)

4. Stretch
