Personal Training 10 Pack – 45 minutes
Valid for 10x 45 minute training sessions with one of our Ipswich based personal trainers. The package also includes:
- regular bioimpedence assessments to determine body composition (body fat %, muscle mass, water volume, BMR etc.)
- ongoing health and fitness assessments
- regular exercise programs
- access to our website which has recipes, videos, exercise programs and more
NB: Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase
One on one personal training is for the busy person who is financially and mentally committed to making lifelong changes. Our personal training sessions are a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio training. We constantly mix up our sessions to make them fun, challenging and motivating.
It is recommended that when undertaking personal training, that you also enrol into one of our nutrition programs to maximise your results.
