Want the flexibility and individual attention of personal training but after something a little cheaper? Then grab a couple of friends and try our small group training instead. You choose the time and location that suits you, and our trainer will come to you.
Our small group training sessions are a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio training. We constantly mix up our sessions to make them fun, challenging and motivating.
It is recommended that when undertaking small group training, that you also enrol into one of our nutrition programs to maximise your results.
