The first three weeks of the Eat Fat Get Fit Program and the Eat Fat Get Fit Nutrition Bootcamp have the same menus, so you can refer to this page regardless of whether you’re doing the program or the bootcamp.

When in the shopping list, you can change quantities or meals and the shopping list will update when you next click Generate Shopping List.
