Ingredients

1/2 cup raspberries 180 ml coconut milk or you can use water, full cream milk, almond milk etc. 1 tsp xylitol more or less to taste 30 grams protein powder optional
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until fine consistency
- If the smoothie is too thick, add some more water or milk until you reach the desired consistency
Recipe Notes
For some extra protein, add some plain whey protein to the smoothie.
