250 grams cauliflower 100 grams carrot 100 ml creme fraiche 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Clean cauliflower head and cut into pieces.
- Peel carrots and chop into small pieces.
- Steam the cauliflower and the carrots for about 10 minutes with salt until they are soft.
- Drain the vegetables from water and add crème fraîche, salt and pepper in the pot.
- Mix it smooth with a hand held mixer until desired consistency is achieved.
