2 large eggs 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1/4 tsp rock salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tsp curry powder I use Keens
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a small pot of boiling and water and cook the eggs until the yolk is hard.
- Peel the eggs and then mash them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Serve on top of our soft bread rolls.
