12 large tomatoes 2 medium cucumber peeled 6 cloves garlic 1 large red capsicum 1/3 cup fresh coriander 65 ml olive oil 75 ml white wine vinegar 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the water in a food processor
- Add water to reach the desired consistency
- Chill to let the flavours blend before serving
