Instructions
  1. Rinse your lettuce mix and dry thoroughly. Place the lettuce mix into a large serving bowl
  2. Thinly slice the onion and add to the bowl
  3. Add the olives, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
  4. Crumble the feta over the top
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and lightly season with salt and pepper
