500 grams lean beef mince 1 small Onion diced 3 cloves garlic crushed 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 stalk celery thinly sliced 1 large carrot thinly sliced 1 large tomato diced 1 tbsp butter for cooking 1 tsp rock salt 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
Instructions
- Heat the butter on a moderate heat in a fry pan. Sautee the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the mince and completely cook through. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer on the stove until the carrot and celery are soft (but not mushy).
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Serve the mince on sourdough or low carb bread with an egg on top.
