Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175C
  2. Salt the cauliflower then steam until soft
  3. Place the florets in a greased baking dish
  4. Heat up the milk in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and pepper over medium heat
  5. Add the stock and flour keep stirring - bring to the boil
  6. Remove the sauce from heat, then whisk in the egg
  7. Pour the thickened sauce over the cauliflower
  8. Add the cheese evenly, then bake for 35-40 minutes
  9. Put under the grill for 3-5 minutes to get a nice colour on top
