1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp fresh basil 30 grams mozzarella cheese more or less to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cover the fathead base in tomato paste and sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over it.
- Place the fresh basil over the pizza base and then cover generously with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
You can change the fathead topping to anything you like. You can also change from a tomato base to a creamy/cheesy sauce if you prefer.
