The 60 minute session includes:

  • Exercise programming for cardiorespiratory fitness
  • Bioimpedance analysis for body composition testing (face to face clients only)
  • General advice on low carb healthy fat
  • General protein calculations for training and non-training days
  • General advice around nutrient timing for optimising training results
  • General advice on supplements
  • Recommendations on a fasting routine
  • A tailored health plan and weekly schedule to kick start your health journey

You will also receive:

  • A letter to your local GP for blood tests
  • An exercise program that can be done anywhere
  • 1 month subscription to the website

Follow Up Appointments

Price: $80

These 30 minute appointments can only be made after you have completed an initial consultation with Naomi. You can have as many or as few as you like – it’s up to you how much support you need.

The 30 minute sessions include:

  • A review of your progress
  • Check of blood test results
  • Any fine tuning of your plan that may be required

Note, once you have booked you will receive instructions for setting up a free Zoom account so that we can meet online (via phone, tablet or computer). Please make sure you follow these instructions prior to the appointment as it can take a few minutes to set up.
