We offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions in Ipswich, QLD.
These programs are high intensity and short duration because the latest in research shows that HIIT training is very effective at improving fitness with a minimal amount of training required.
We compliment our HIIT sessions with running groups and aqua classes.
If you would prefer a more personalised service, we provide two one-on-one options: personal training, for those who are able to train in Ipswich, or online personal coaching, for those who are unable to do face to face sessions.
Our personal training sessions are a combination of HIIT, weights and cardio training. We constantly mix up our sessions to make them fun, challenging and motivating.
I am an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with over 17 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and I specialise in chronic disease management; specifically, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), I am able to work with clients under Medicare, DVA and Work Cover schemes.
