You cannot be serious about getting healthy without first addressing your sleep routine. Whilst there is still a lot to be learned about sleep, we do know that it is essential for memory formation, recovery, restoration, health and longevity. Sleep is quite literally the foundation on which our entire health is built.

Sleep Routine

  • Regular bedtime & wake time
  • No screens at least an hour before bed
  • Cooling your bedroom
  • Cooling your core body temp
  • Eating at an appropriate time before bed
  • Avoiding sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods before bed
  • Making your bedroom a sleep sanctury
