The Six Month Blueprint
Over the last 20 years I have lost count of the number of people who has asked to see what a typical day or week looks likes for me. I’ve also lost count of the number of women who have become confused with the endless options around food and exercise.
So with this in mind I have created my 6-month Strong Women blueprint. This program is literally what I do day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. You’ll notice that I keep it all really simple and this is because I have found that the best results come from simplicity. Not because there is anything inherently magical about simplicity, but because if it’s simple, we’re more likely to stick with it. If we understand what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, we’ll keep doing it. And that’s how you succeed – you keep doing something over and over again until it produces fruit.
So today, I want you to know that you can get fit, healthy and strong but you have to be willing to play the long game and you have to be willing to work hard. This means you have to exercise when you don’t feel like it and you have to be willing to eat well, most of the time. But if you stick with it for long enough, you will succeed.
