I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist / Exercise Scientist and lecturer. I have a dual degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Education and am also nearing completion of my post-graduate qualification in nutrition. I have spent almost two decades keeping up to date with the latest in health, nutrition and fitness research, which means I understands how to optimise dietary and fitness interventions to get the best results, quickly and efficiently.

This program has been designed for Mums who recognise that they need to change not only their diet and exercise habits but also their overall habits and routines, their environment and most importantly, their mindset.
This program is unique as you will be working one on one with Naomi, an expert in the health and fitness field. Naomi has 20 years industry experience and is an accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist in addition to completing her post-graduate studies in nutrition. She is a highly sought after expert, and is currently not taking on any additional clients as she focuses her attention solely on her coaching program. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with her and it will not be available for long, as the demand for this program increases.
31 Strong focuses on empowering Mums, by educating them on all things health and fitness whilst debunking pseudoscience. In debunking myths, Naomi helps women see why their beliefs around food and exercise, actually holds them back. In 31 Strong, complex scientific concepts are broken down into easy to understand concepts. This enables Mums to take back control of their own health. Ultimately, Naomi’s mission is to empower women through fitness, food and education.
